So it’s come to my attention that I haven’t updated this blog since 2012. If it hasn’t been made obvious already, I’ve lost interest. I can’t motivate myself to keep answering as a character I didn’t even create.

But, I feel it’s still important to me that I continue an ask blog, for the sole fact that I need something to keep constant.

So my alternative to just dropping an ask blog entirely is to make a new one with personally designed ponies. [ I guess you call them ‘oc ponies’? ] It’d either be in a choose your own adventure style, and/or ask style. It’d be more motivating to work with character(s) that I have designed on my own and create the personality of.

I’ve wiped out my ask box just now. If you’d be interested in me running a new blog,  tell me your opinion in my ask box.

My apologies, but I just have no motivation for this blog any more, and I don’t want to keep making promises of updating that I can’t keep to. :’c

(( This was actually something I debated doing for awhile before actually doing it, so I feel I should explain my justification for it.

Ask Braeburn isn’t a story blog first off, so it’s really not an ‘arc’. It doesn’t really play into his story at all. It’s just a fun ask blog to get a few chuckles and laughs out of the audience of followers I have.

I would’ve never considered doing it if it weren’t for quite a few questions. I’d deleted a few in the past, shrugging them off as just typical ones, but once I got more, I figured people actually wanted to see it as a response. I don’t intend to make this change more than one or two posts at the very most.

I would do the same for discorded, if there were enough asks for it, but I haven’t even gotten one so that hasn’t even crossed my mind. I base my answers off of high demand questions that I assume my followers want to see. (Granted, the one boundary I have is that I will keep this blog SFW) The reason I created this ask blog was to make people smile and laugh.

Again, these changes won’t last more than a post or two, and probably less seeing as the negative response I’m already getting from it. I apologize to those who didn’t want this to happen, but I was hoping to cater to what people wanted to see. Clearly, this wasn’t something that revoked a positive response.

Please understand that with any ask blog, it’s always trial and error. We can’t always accurately predict what the response to things will be like. ))
